Business Cycle (or Trade Cycle) is divided into the following four phases;
Prosperity Phase:
Expansion or Boom or Upswing of economy.
Recession Phase:
from prosperity to recession.
Depression Phase:
Contraction or Downswing of economy.
Recovery Phase:
from depression to prosperity.
